All sales are final. Our policy is no refunds due to the type of product we carry and materials used. We want to ensure that everyone will get merchandise approved by us. Returns are only accepted if product was sent incorrectly on our end. (ex. You ordered a small and received a XL.) An exchange within 10 days of purchase will be honored.

We only exchange items if the mishap was on us. An exchange within 10 days of purchase only. If this happens simply send us an email at fromthethreads@gmail.com, let us know, and additional information will be given.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for any reason as to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Unless it was on us!)
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
